Galvenais lietošanas veids ir reģistra klasifikācija, nevis mūsu vērtējums. Tā apraksta būvi, nevis to, kas tajā notiek šodien: ēka, kas reģistrā ir « Biroju ēka », var būt pārbūvēta.
Pārvaldnieks ir zināms tikai tur, kur ir mājas lieta — 16 082 no 56 881. Ja pārvaldnieka nav norādīts, tas nenozīmē, ka mājai tāda nav: tas nozīmē, ka reģistrā tas nav ierakstīts.
« Patvaļīga būvniecība » ir reģistra konstatējums par konkrētu būvi, un tas attiecas uz 676 būvēm no 150 813 (0,45 %). Mēs to rādām tikai kartītē, meklējot konkrētu kadastra apzīmējumu. Saraksta ar šīm būvēm šeit nav un nebūs: avots to meklējamā veidā nedod, un to izveidotu mēs, nevis reģistrs.

This site republishes public registers. Source by source: the licence it is published under, and the condition its publisher sets — read from the publisher's own terms page, on the date shown.

First, the full street address is not published on any indexable page: 27,983 of the 150,813 buildings are single-dwelling houses, and republishing their addresses in searchable pages would build a directory of homes the source does not make searchable. Pages stop at the novads or city; the address appears only on a card the browser renders from the URL fragment, and those index files carry X-Robots-Tag: noindex. Second, the register records 'patvaļīga būvniecība' (unauthorised construction detected) on 676 buildings — 0.45%. That is a finding against a named address. It appears on the card for the building you searched and NOWHERE ELSE: there is no list, no filter and no sort that reconstitutes it, because the source does not make one searchable and we would be the ones creating it. That is deliberation among named private individuals about their own building; republishing it in searchable form is not something this service does, so the table never enters the database. ⚠️ The bridge between a building and its manager is the exploitation-file number, not the cadastral number: maja.kadastrs is the eleven-digit PROPERTY number while buve.kadastrs is the fourteen-digit BUILDING designation.
